Homeware delivery
Unfortunately we are not able to offer delivery of our homeware collection to outside Mainland UK.
Please note: Orders which include multiple items may need to be shipped by large item or two-man delivery. Customer services will contact you should this apply to your order. They can also advise you of lead times and costs in advance.
1. SMALL ITEM DELIVERY
Our small item delivery service applies to:
- Orders which weigh 2kg or less
- Orders which meet Royal Mail's applicable size restrictions (click here for details)
Our small item delivery charges are: £3.95
Please also refer to terms applicable to Standard Delivery
2. LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
Our large item delivery applies to:
- Orders which weigh over 2kg
- Orders which do not require two-man delivery
Our large item delivery charge is: £25 PER ORDER
Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
We are committed to providing great service from start to finish, including punctual delivery. However, during busier periods for example, during Christmas, sales and promotional periods, we advise customers to allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.
A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

3.TWO-MAN DELIVERY
Our two-man delivery service applies to:
- Orders which weigh over 20kg.
Our two-man delivery charge is: £40 PER ORDER.
Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.
Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive.
Items will not be built with this service.
A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
TWO-MAN POSTCODE RESTRICTIONS - WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO DELIVER TWO-MAN ITEMS TO THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES:
KW, PA20 and above, IV16 and above, and PH20 and above.

4.TRADE ORDERS
Delivery costs for trade orders are calculated on an individual order basis, and are subject to order size and delivery address.
